• PayPal transaction ID — received from PayPal upon successful payment, used to verify your purchase and match it to your configuration.
• IP address — is not logged by our web server for any purposes nor linked to VPN usage.

We do not collect: your name, physical address, phone number, or any payment card details. All payments are processed by PayPal.

VPN Usage — No Logging Policy

We do not log, monitor, or store:

• Your VPN connection timestamps
• Your originating IP address while connected to the VPN
• Your DNS queries
• Any traffic, content, or data transmitted through our tunnels

We are technically unable to link any network activity to any individual user.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• PayPal — processes your payment. Subject to PayPal's Privacy Policy.
• Legal obligations — if required by law or valid legal process in the applicable jurisdiction.

Data Retention

Your email address is not retained by SpaceVPNHub. Transaction IDs are retained for accounting and dispute resolution purposes. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We store only the minimum necessary data, access is restricted, and we do not operate a user control panel — reducing the attack surface significantly.

Server Locations & Data Jurisdiction

Our VPN servers are located in the EU. EU-based servers are subject to GDPR. We process data in accordance with applicable EU data protection law.

Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
