Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using any SpaceVPNHub service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

Service Description

SpaceVPNHub provides WireGuard VPN tunnel configurations for personal use. Each subscription includes:

• One (1) WireGuard configuration file delivered via email
• One (1) active device at a time per tunnel
• DNS-based ad filtering (approximately 95% of web ads)
• Access to a server in the selected country location

Payment & Delivery

All payments are processed by PayPal. Upon successful payment verification, your WireGuard configuration file will be delivered automatically to the email address you provided at checkout. If delivery fails for any reason, contact us at support@spacevpnhub.com with your PayPal transaction ID and we will resolve it manually within 24 hours.

Refund Policy

Because our product is a digital configuration file delivered immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once the configuration has been delivered. However, we will issue a full refund in the following cases:

• The configuration file was not delivered within 24 hours of payment
• The configuration file is technically defective and we are unable to resolve the issue
• You were charged but the service was unavailable (sold out) at the time of purchase

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to support@spacevpnhub.com.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service for:

• Any illegal activity under applicable law
• Harassment, abuse, or harm to others
• Distribution of malware or malicious content
• Unauthorized access to systems or networks
• Copyright infringement or piracy
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)

Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

Service Availability

We do not guarantee 100% uptime. We aim for high availability but maintenance, hardware issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription without notice if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time by not renewing. As subscriptions are one-time purchases (not auto-recurring), no cancellation action is required on your part.

Limitation of Liability

SpaceVPNHub is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected subscription period.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable EU law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the EU member state in which we operate.
